“You can sit with me.”
Growing up is hard. Change can be challenging. We are in it together.
Care to be kind
Growing up—especially during the middle school years—can be challenging. When others are having a bad time, the cure can be kindness.
See a person sitting alone in the lunchroom? Invite them over. Watching someone be bullied? Step up: step in and make your way to an adult. Witnessing someone who seems to be alone or embarrassed?
Care to be kind!
Middle school and everyday life can be scary but kindness makes us brave. Kindness can spread—it can repeat. Forever. So, stand up for kindness.
Wear your kindness
Be your best self, alone and with others, and keep the kindness going. Wear the color of kindness to show everyone they can sit with you, talk to you, and count on you to be a safe friend when they need someone.
Kindness comes in many forms…
“Bella helped me calm down one day when I was upset.”
